Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and possess strong communication skills. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Duties
- Clean windows on both ground and elevated levels using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free, spotless, and free of smudges
- Use specialised cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and safety harnesses when working at heights
- Maintain safety standards by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards encountered during cleaning tasks
- Organise work schedules efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Valid driving licence is needed for ease of transportation between sites
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,319.46 per year
