This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior professional to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers, learning the fundamentals of project delivery while contributing to real business change.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee, you'll support a variety of projects from inception through to delivery, gaining exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle.
You'll help with:
- Project planning and coordination.
- Research, analysis and information gathering.
- Governance, reporting and project documentation.
- Stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
- Tracking project actions, risks and milestones.
- Budget monitoring and project reporting.
- Supporting workshops, presentations and project updates.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
Working closely with experienced project professionals, you'll develop practical skills in project management, business change and stakeholder engagement.
