We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage a team in our busy conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will need to be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 10 years PQE and will be expected to assist in the expansion of the team’s monthly caseload of instructions from local clients undertaking the whole range of residential property transactions.
We are a CQS accredited firm and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our continued accreditation with CQS.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in residential conveyancing and it is essential that the candidate can demonstrate high standards of client care in order to retain and develop the department. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include:
- sales and purchases
- help to buy
- re-mortgages
- new builds
- lease extensions; and
- buy to let.
In addition, the ideal candidate will make an active contribution to business development, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole, together with generating new business amongst agents, brokers and other referrers.

Experience of freehold and leasehold commercial work is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
