Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly qualify customers to understand their needs and find the best solution for them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with inbound leads and existing customers.
- Deliver strong and confident telephone interactions.
- Provide premium customer service to build trust with customers and secure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage all necessary administration elements, including order details, finances, delivery, and other timescales.
- Interact with both personal and business customers, understanding the key differences between their needs and priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments.
- Good IT skills with the willingness to learn new systems.
