Salary: £33,000–£38,000
The White Lodge Hotel is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our
restaurant, bar, terrace and events operation.
You'll work alongside our talented kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional
food, service and memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead all food and beverage operations
- Deliver consistently outstanding guest service
- Develop and motivate front-of-house teams
- Drive sales and profitability
- Manage staffing levels and rotas
- Control stock, ordering and margins
- Maintain food safety and licensing compliance
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest experience
About You
You'll bring:
- Previous management experience in quality hospitality
- Strong leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent wine, food and beverage knowledge
