We have an exciting role on offer within our Cultural Services as a Duty Manager, working 9 hours a week, fixed term till 8th January 2027.
An exciting opportunity has become available to be part of the Front of House Team at Middlesbrough Town Hall and Middlesbrough Theatre.
The Duty Manager will support the delivery of our wonderful programmes of Live Music, Comedy, Plays, Ballet, Pantomime and events at both venues. The hours of work vary and will include Daytime, Evenings and weekends.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is hard-working and has the skills and experience necessary to manage a team of Customer Service Assistants whilst events are taking place in the venues.
The successful applicants will demonstrate excellent communication skills, being able to speak to a variety of audiences, and be able to lead and coordinate a team of staff to ensure that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. An ability to work as part of a team in a bustling and changing environment is essential.
