The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, people-oriented with strong communication skills Delegate Acquisition Executive to help drive registrations and executive attendance for QG Media’s prestigious global events. In this role, you’ll research key decision-makers, craft compelling messages, and connect directly with industry leaders to secure their attendance.
What is important is not just a hunger to exceed targets, but an ability to show creative initiative to engage, build and strengthen relationships with C-Level execs from multinationals. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player with initiative and willingness to learn. You should also be passionate about research, data and use all of your nous to open doors and generate interest from them to attend our shows. This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in international business, events, recruitment, or sales—no prior experience required as we provide extensive training and mentorship to develop the right individual into a successful, multi-faceted salesperson that will thrive in a high-paced, fun, & entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning our portfolio of global events and how they bring value to senior industry executives.
- Satisfying registration targets for assigned events, converting prospects into attendees.
- Identifying and engaging C-level and Executive prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
- Building relationships with business leaders across multiple sectors.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations departments.
- Updating and managing our CRM database (Salesforce).
What You’ll Bring To The Table

- Data-driven mindset and the ability to conduct industry research.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic-level exposure to B2B events, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- UK work authorisation required.
