The Port Of Lancaster Smokehouse Ltd
Award winning smokehouse and shop established over 50 years and located in historic Glasson Dock.
We are looking for food preparation & packing operatives to join our friendly team.
The job involves preparing, processing and potentially packing a variety of fish and meat products, ready for sale in our shop or for delivery to our customers all over the UK.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. During our busiest periods there will be overtime available.
Candidates must have good hygiene standards and be able to undertake some lifting when necessary.
Previous experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided. This is a varied and busy job, working in a fast paced environment, so reliability, punctuality and a good sense of humour are essential.
Rate of pay can be discussed after full training has been completed
