Location: South Croydon and surrounding areas (CR2 0AB)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Optional: 2 weekend days per month)
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Paid Lunch Breaks)
Total: 40 hours per week

NN Window Cleaning is a rapidly growing commercial/residential window cleaning company serving over 3,500 active clients across the UK. As we expand, we are looking for motivated, resilient, and talkative individuals to join our front-line canvassing team.
The Role:
This isn’t a complicated job, but it requires consistency and commitment. You are the face of the company. Your mission is simple: walk the local streets, knock on doors, and ask the simple question: "Would you like your windows cleaned this week?"
Transport: After trial completion You will be provided with a company car for the team to travel to and from territories. While not strictly required to start, holding a full UK Driving License is highly preferred and opens up significant opportunities for progression within the company. High Performance Pay Structure.
We believe in rewarding the people who drive our growth. Your pay is designed to increase as you hit your stride:
Starting Rate: £17.50 per hour (Initial trial period – Breaks are fully paid).
Performance Spike: Once you hit your daily target, your rate increases to £18.50 per hour for the remainder of that day.
The Bonus: For every £500 worth of cleans you book in, you earn a £100 cash bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Door-to-Door Outreach: Engaging with residents and business owners in assigned territories.
Lead Generation: Booking in residential and commercial window cleans for our service teams.
Daily Reporting: Tracking your door knocks and successful bookings to ensure your bonuses are calculated accurately.
Team Travel: Utilizing the company vehicle to reach daily targets efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
The "Gift of Gab": You are comfortable walking up to a door and starting a conversation.
Resilience: You have a positive attitude and aren't deterred by rejection.
Self-Motivation: Since you’ll be in the field, you need the drive to keep moving without constant supervision.
Driving License: Preferred (not essential) for future progression.
