Recruitment Consultant – AI & Strategy

We’re a specialist recruitment agency partnering with technology companies across the UK, EMEA and US, from Seed and Series A startups through to Series D businesses and larger technology organisations.
We recruit across GTM, Sales, Product, Marketing and Technical roles, with a growing part of our business focused on placing candidates from top-tier strategy consulting firms into some of the most exciting AI companies in the market.
We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cardiff, with a specific focus on headhunting candidates from firms such as McKinsey, BCG and Bain for our AI clients.
What you'll be doing
- Headhunting high-calibre candidates from McKinsey, BCG, Bain and other leading consulting firms.
- Building relationships with consultants looking to move from MBB into AI and technology.
- Working on roles across GTM, Strategy, Operations, Forward Deployed and other commercially focused positions.
- Partnering with founders, hiring managers and talent teams at high-growth technology companies.
- Researching target companies and mapping relevant candidate markets.
- Running candidate calls and understanding their experience, motivations and career goals.
- Managing candidates throughout interview processes.
- Learning how to assess candidates across consulting, AI, SaaS and technology markets.
- Developing your own network and becoming a specialist within the market.
