We arerecruiting for an experienced Business Intelligence and Automations Director tojoin our Global Account Team within the Financial and Professional ServicesSector.
Key Tasks: Handling all digital transformation initiatives and leading the global analytics portfolio. Building advanced dashboards, automated tools and scenario planning models to strategic decision-making. Leading the decision-making process and the technological initiatives for the client and the internal CBRE team with full ownership of tableau and vantage analytics for all regions and across different service lines . Working closely with the CBRE D&T Team for new technological developments and innovation adoption for the account as needed. Mentor, supervise and cross-train the team and the client for high performing analytical demands. Work with senior business partners to create policies and execute large corporate initiatives. Design business metrics for accountability. This includes client rankings, aggregate portfolio additions, run-off, etc. Oversee large and high-profile projects and coordinate the involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups. Direct the end-to-end model development process from complex problem identification through data gathering, evaluation, gaining consensus, and implementation into business practice. Track performance measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization. This includes performance vs. KPI, ROI, and consumer trends. Prepare and present results of data review and reports along with their relative impact on the business to executive management. Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal. Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department. Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
What You’llNeed:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered
Experience in the areas ofstaffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange ofsensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performanceexpectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manageand achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results withina function.
In-depth knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills andan advanced inquisitive mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or training, including five years of experience at the management level.
Previous Project Management, Business Analytics and/or Loan Servicing and/or commercial real estate industry and/or related experience preferred.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (Project Management Professional) designation preferred.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards.
Knowledge of loan servicing and/or commercial real estate processes and metrics and/or related experience preferred.
Knowledge of SSRS, Network and Server Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, Project planning and coordination experience preferred.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.
This is a unionized role with the BCGEU governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is a 35 hour per week position and the rate of pay for this role is $35.69/hour. This is a temporary 12-month assignment, not eligible for benefits & vacation entitlement. Instead, temporary team members shall receive compensation in lieu of health and welfare benefits and vacation pay at the rate of six percent of their regular earnings received on a bi-weekly basis.
