Full job description

Building a sustainable tomorrow

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a cleaner to join our FM segment and to be based at the UK Atomics Energy Offices in Rotherham.

Working 15 Hours per week.
Monday - Friday - 4.00pm to 7.00pm
Pay: £12.71 per Hour.

Making Possible

Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
Clean and maintain waste bins.
Refill and replace consumables.
Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
Lock rooms after cleaning.
Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
