HR Coordinator - Dudley
The rewards
- £30,000 per year pro rata (30 hours per week)
Hours
- Flexible: 4 full days per week, or 5 days per week around school hours
- 12-month maternity cover, starting August 2026
The role of HR Coordinator:
- Onboarding and offboarding: facilitate the induction process including preparing contracts, offer packs, and pre-employment checks; manage the offboarding process
- Recruitment support: drafting job advertisements, issuing contracts and offer letters, verifying candidates' right to work
- Payroll administration: prepare and log all payroll instructions including contractual variations, overtime, family leave, and starters/leavers in time for monthly payroll
- Employee relations: serve as the first point of contact for line managers on ER matters
- Support the annual performance review process and induction e-learning for new starters
- Source appropriate training providers
The ideal HR Coordinator:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
