We are currently recruiting a Contract Planner based within the Glasgow office
Suitable candidates should be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word & Excel The ability to communicate effectively coupled with an excellent telephone manner is also desirable
Key accountabilities:
- Raising, monitoring and recording of all purchase and hire orders and investigation of invoice queries where required
- Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire
- Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians
- Drive SLAs / KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
- Ensure productivity of technicians is maximised as per contractual targets
- Assist PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved
- Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales & ensure systems are updated
- Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams
- Manage equipment deliveries, returns and replacements
- Managing & reporting on dashboard tiles
