The Role
To be successful in the role you will:
-
maintain stock levels on the bar,ensuring the stock rotation in fridges;
-
restock ice,garnishes,mixes are required;
-
collect glassware / bottles and ensure tables are wiped down and clean;
-
operate the glass wash machine and ensure dispense/bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times; and
-
Assist with opening and close down procedures.

You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player,with a flexible ‘can do’ approach,always willing to help in other areas of service when required.
