We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail and menswear hire team. Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members' skills in retail management and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Wedding Exhibitions preparation and staffing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities being advantageous.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in merchandising and visual display techniques.
- Administrative experience with attention to detail in reporting and compliance matters.
- Familiarity with sales management principles and strategies.
