A busy and fast-paced letting agency is looking for an organised Property Inspector to join our team. This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of being out on property visits and office-based work, has a keen eye for detail, and can manage a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and carrying out property inspections
- Completing detailed inventories and check-out reports
- Assessing and handling deposit dilapidations, including dispute resolution
- Managing post check-out administration
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Arranging maintenance works and coordinating contractors
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting Supporting the wider property management team as needed.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential (full training can be provided)
