Rowen Homes is seeking a creative, commercially minded, and highly organised Content Creator to lead the creation of engaging multimedia content across our brand, digital and social channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that showcase our furniture, gifting and accessories within a lifestyle proposition, while supporting brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives.
The candidate will combine strong photography, videography, and editing expertise with a deep understanding of social media, content marketing, and emerging AI technologies. Experience within interiors, homeware, lifestyle, or property sectors is highly desirable.
Content Creation & Production
- Lead the content creation strategy for Rowen Homes, ensuring all content supports brand and business objectives.
- Plan, create, film, photograph, edit, and deliver high-quality, UGC-style, multimedia content across all marketing channels to showcases our products, lifestyle inspiration, customer experiences, and the Rowen brand in our Rowen store.
- Develop shoot strategies and plans, including the creation of briefs, itineraries, shot lists, mood boards, and creative concepts.
- Repurpose existing content and optimise assets for use across paid social, organic social, website, email marketing, digital advertising, and print materials.
- Manage and maintain organised content libraries and asset management systems.
AI-Enhanced Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, planning, production workflows, editing, caption generation, and content repurposing.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through AI-driven content creation and automation tools.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain publishing plans tailored to different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, emerging features, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities to maximise content reach through platform-specific optimisation and content repurposing.
Brand, Creative & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Head of Creative to deliver content that supports wider marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and recommendations on content shoots and creative outputs.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and premium brand presentation.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Use platform insights and audience data to inform future content creation and campaign planning.
- Report on content effectiveness against agreed KPIs and objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experienced in content creation, ideally working in a Marketing team.
- Strong multimedia content creation and editing skills across photography, videography, and social media content.
- Experience planning and delivering content shoots from concept through to final production.
- Strong understanding of best practices across social media and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation, editing, and productivity tools.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong visual and creative judgement with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Confident working independently while collaborating effectively within a wider marketing team.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working within interiors, homeware, property, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
- Proven experience creating engaging UGC-style and creator-led content.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, or brand ambassadors.
- Full UK driving license.
