The Role
We are looking for a Chef who has experience in very high volume businesses to work as part of the brigade in the restaurant kitchen and also one to focus on breakfasts
The wage includes basic pay and a share of the service charge .The service charge pot substantially boosts the hourly rate
This is an opportunity for someone who has out grown their current Commis or Kitchen Assistant role and is looking to make a name for themselves as part of a very talented team.
THE ROLE IS AVAILABLE UNTIL SEPTEMBER AS A MINIMUM BUT THERE IS A CHANCE TO EXTEND (OR MAKE PERMANENT) FOR THE RIGHT CHEF

The food is all freshly prepared on site using local ingredients where possible. Experience with high quality fresh menus is essential
We are targeting locals who also share our values which will be appreciated through a unique design, simple but delicious food, a great selection of drinks but above all a wonderful team. There will be a mix of all age groups, families, dogs, surfers, foodies and surprised but delighted visitors who stumble across us.
We are looking for a good communicator who has experience in a busy kitchen, who has energy but who above all wants to work with a happy team. We are a small business and everyone gets involved and must be prepared to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities
Working as part of the kitchen brigade and running the takeaway kitchen
