Shifts run from:
- 7am-2pm
- 2pm-9pm
- 7am-9pm (pack your hours in, get more days off)
You tell us what works for you, and we'll build your rota around it. Fill out our simple form on our website and let us know your preferences - childcare, hobbies, family time, whatever matters to you. We'll try our best to meet a contracted shift pattern that actually fits your life. Your rota repeats on a 2-week rotation, so you always know what you're working. No surprises. No stress.
PAY THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Unqualified: £13.30-£14.75/hour (depending on service)
Qualified: £13.30-£14.75/hour (depending on service)
Weekends: £13.50/hour
Bank Holidays: £19.00/hour
Christmas Day: £21.50/hour
Mileage: 25p per mile (app-calculated)
THE WORK
You'll support people aged 65+ to stay safe and independent at home. Think personal care, meal prep, medication support, companionship, and the practical stuff that keeps someone thriving in their own home. Our service users are genuinely lovely, and our team is approachable and fair.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- A valid driving licence and your own vehicle (essential for travelling between homes)
- Caring, reliable, and respectful approach to people
- Willingness to learn (experience in care is great, but not essential if you've got the right attitude)
