We are looking for a friendly, reliable individual who enjoys interacting with the public to join the team in our gaming machine entertainment centre. The role offers full-time hours over a four-day, typically four-shift week. The shifts offered are night shifts, including weekends and some evenings. Please be aware of this before applying. You should be available to work additional hours as part of the team as and when required.
Job duties:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Greeting and welcoming customers, providing refreshments and assistance.
- Balancing tills, recording transactions accurately and reliably.
- Troubleshooting minor machine faults.
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy, safe and presentable across all shifts.
- Carrying out regular floor inspections and checks.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues promptly, calmly and efficiently.
- Being part of a team that keeps the venue running smoothly.
