Job Title: Senior Manager - Executive Performance & Reward Services (“EPRS”)
Role Location: Jersey
Employment Type: Permanent
This is a senior role within the EPRS division. The role has a wide array of responsibilities including, but not limited to, responsibility for administration obligations and the management of client relationships to support the growing EPRS division, with a particular focus on the development and mentoring of team members and providing the highest quality of customer service.
The division provides a supportive, team-based, client-focused environment that is dedicated towards delivering high quality services in support of the overall divisional objectives.

Working closely with the Client Director to manage a portfolio of clients

Generally, act in the best interests of the division by supporting team members and promoting the development of the business

Maintain and develop client relationships
-
Liaison with client advisors and intermediaries on high level trust matters

Manage and supervise several administrators who would typically be studying towards professional qualifications. Supervise the administrators within the team, including mentoring, training and development, and carrying out appraisals

Preparation and implementation of entity customer specific procedures in relation to the administration and reporting requirements

Maintain and update task management system and ensure team tasks are cleared on a timely basis

Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines

Involvement in the identification of recruitment requirements and the recruitment process

Be able to provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients

Monitor WIP against agreed budgets and report variances to the relevant director

Management of the billing and debt collection cycles
-
Establish, build and maintain strong relationships and networks with both internal, cross jurisdictional and external contacts including intermediaries, auditors and other third parties
-
Perform other duties as necessary to support the strategic development of the client team including client meetings, new business pitches and new business proposals.

Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the effective administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies and employee benefit structures in accordance with regulatory, legal and client service requirements.

Act as a senior escalation point for complex fiduciary, governance, risk and client relationship matters.

Support the Client Director in the achievement of strategic, financial and operational objectives.

Monitor portfolio profitability, utilisation, recoverability and revenue metrics, taking corrective action where required.

Ensure compliance with Jersey regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering legislation, sanctions obligations and internal risk management frameworks.

Drive business development activities, including client retention, cross-selling opportunities and participation in new business proposals and pitches.

Lead, mentor and develop managers and administrators, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting succession planning.
Skills / experience required
-
10+ years' experience in trust and company administration, fiduciary services or a related professional services environment, including significant people management responsibilities and with ability to motivate and influence a team.

Relevant professional qualifications such as CGI, STEP, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
-
An understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, for example Anti-Money Laundering laws
-
Motivated and driven.
