Working closely with asset teams and external valuers, you will lead the valuation process across relevant funds, monitor and flag any material changes, and assist on quarterly and annual valuation processes. You will also review and challenge valuations, prepare and present valuation papers, and provide asset-by-asset valuation and return analysis and narrative.
Supporting the broader effort to optimise performance, you will provide analytical insights across the portfolio, conduct market benchmarking, track and report key performance metrics and trends across the portfolio, support asset allocation and liquidity management analysis, and participate in fund strategy and portfolio composition discussions.
You will also prepare performance overview commentary for investor reports and manage regular portfolio calls with internal teams, coordinating input to support fund reporting and decision-making.
