The Yeerologist is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our busy Greek fast-food kitchen. We specialise in fresh Greek food including gyros, souvlaki, and traditional Greek dishes.
We are hiring for both full-time (minimum 35 hours per week) and part-time (minimum 15 hours per week)positions. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and serious about becoming part of our team.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and support the daily running of a busy kitchen environment. You must be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends, as these are some of our busiest periods.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients and food orders
- Cooking and assembling gyros, souvlaki, and Greek dishes
- Working on the grill and kitchen stations (training provided)
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly customer service
- Speaking with customers and answering any questions about the menu
- Preparing and bringing orders to tables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Helping with stock, preparation, and general kitchen duties
- Working efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods
What we are looking for:

- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous kitchen or customer service experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided
