Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Administrator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support our daily operations by managing client accounts and various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage your projects - Digital and Hard copies
· Prepare and communicate RAMS and COSHH for sites
· Procurement of materials for projects. Liaising with suppliers to get the best price and lead times
· Raising Purchase Orders with Suppliers
· Quote remedial works from Breakdowns attended
· Produce Operations and Maintenance Manuals
· Liaise with Clients on Projects and status
· Invoice projects completed
· Attend and arrange meetings – recording meeting minuets
· Provide your line manager daily updates on projects
· Liaising with key stakeholders across all departments: regular update with the wider Team: engineers, end users, clients, Office manager, finance.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in project administration or similar role preferred
· Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong data entry skills with accuracy.
· Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Package.
· A proactive attitude to problem solving and a willingness to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
· Salary range £26,300 – 29,450 per annum
· 37.5 hours a week
· Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (some flexibility to start and finish times)
· Location Plymouth
· 20 days of paid holiday, plus bank holidays (an additional day for each full year of service, up to 5 extra days).
