Job Summary
We're a busy and vibrant frozen yoghurt store based in Sale, Manchester. Thanks to our fantastic customers, we’ve been growing quickly since opening, and we’re now looking for enthusiastic and dependable Shift Runners and a Shift Supervisor to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during your shift
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Help with food preparation and maintain hygiene standards
- Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming
- Handle basic issues or customer queries during your shift
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Supervisor role, prior hospitality experience essential.
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive team player
- Food safety awareness (training provided if needed)
