Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Utilize Microsoft office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support financial tasks using Sage for basic bookkeeping.
Skills
- Proficient in computerised systems with strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in administrative and clerical duties is preferred.
- Familiarity with Xero/Sage is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently.
