Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant, deli and bakery operations
- Supervise and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen teams to seamlessly deliver a exceptional experience.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and supervise team members’ performance to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes through regular inspections and training.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Previous restaurant experience including serving and barista experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
