Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in renting/selling residential properties across Dubai.
- Proactively contact landlords to source properties and secure new listings.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of available properties for rent and sale.
- Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities.
- Arrange property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate property prices and terms under guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry developments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales is preferable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long term relationships.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude with a goal driven approach.
- Must be motivated working on a commission only basis.
Essential:
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Must have 3-6 months of savings to support a commission only role.
Salary:
Commission only role, no basic salary.
