1.To assist the chef in the preparation of meals and be efficient and effective in washing pots, plates during service and at the same time assisting with the plating of meals to an exceptionally high standard 2. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen areas 3. To assist in the presentation and serving of meals and snacks 4. To ensure that food hygiene and safety regulations are in place and adhered to including the completion and recording of necessary checks
