Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, and multiple managed packages
Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions designed around business requirements at Salesforce Enterprise Level, driving our salesforce ecosystem architecture across multiple scrum teams and external vendors
Lead the internal development team, supporting their growth and development, while ensuring high standards and best practice
Own the Salesforce ecosystem architecture collaborating with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems.
Translate business requirements into technically sound and future-proof, scalable solutions.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices including AI.
Ensure all technical designs align with best practice scalable architecture and security standards.
Oversee overall architecture and design with third-party development and managed services teams, including project and DevSecOps work and release management across multiple vendors and scrum teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

In-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions with a strong knowledge of best practice scalable and secure designs.
Experience in leading the knowledge, growth and development of salesforce developers and admins
Ability to work with senior c-suite level stakeholders (internal and external) and translate business requirements into technical requirements and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
(Desirable) Demonstrable in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a legal or financial sector
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum best practice ideally across multiple teams
Confident in identifying and wider IT infrastructure impacts and working with IT teams on solutions and next steps
