Phlebotomist/HCA
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Phlebotomist / HCA to join our friendly and dynamic GP practice team in Fulham. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation offering structured training and development.

What We Expect:
· You must be committed to learning and delivering all HCA responsibilities listed in the job description (e.g., phlebotomy, vaccinations, ECGs, diabetes reviews, observations, spirometry, Home Visits etc…)
· To successfully complete your probation period, you must be fully competent across these areas
· All applicants must sign a training commitment, agreeing to remain with the practice for at least 12 months following successful probation
Requirements:
· A recognised phlebotomy certificate
· At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (hospital experience welcomed)
· Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
· Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting
· Ability to commute reliably or relocate prior to start date
Contract Type:
Permanent, subject to successful probation
Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Salary:
£26,000 per annum
