What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, positive team
- Deliver exceptional client experiences (including treatments ~25% of the time)
- Manage rotas, stock, suppliers, and salon presentation
- Drive commercial performance and support business growth
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing a salon or beauty team
- Calm, organised, and commercially aware
- Beauty therapy qualified
- Passionate about service and team culture
