Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes focused on reformer and mat exercises, helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guide participants through exercises effectively.
- Assess individual client needs and modify exercises to accommodate different abilities and goals.
- Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages participant engagement and confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
- Track client progress and provide feedback to support their ongoing development.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in Pilates instruction.
Skills
- Proven experience teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates classes with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy to ensure proper exercise execution and injury prevention.
- Background in sports coaching or physical training that enhances your ability to motivate clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate exercises and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to adapt sessions for different fitness levels while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
