Overview:
We are seeking a Shop sales assistant to join our team in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our shop. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proficiency in English and ideally italian.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
- Support the team in visual merchandising and product displays
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English; ideally italian
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
