Due to continued growth, we’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our busy, friendly production team.
Whether you’ve worked in food manufacturing before or are simply a hands-on team player looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Weighing, mixing, and packing seasonings
- Accurately complete production paperwork using an iPad, in line with BRCGS AA standards, retailer approvals, and full traceability requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace (“clean as you go”)
- Handling materials safely – heavy lifting required
- Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
- Always following hygiene and safety standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous food production experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
- Basic Maths, English, and computer skills
- Reliable, positive, and flexible attitude
- Physically fit and able to work at pace
- Forklift licence is a bonus – training can be provided
