Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Tradespeople / Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing property restoration team.
We are looking for both versatile multi-skilled operatives and dedicated tradespeople with strong experience in areas such as joinery, plastering, decorating, bathroom fitting, plumbing, tiling, and general property repairs.
The role involves working within occupied homes carrying out insurance reinstatement, repair, and property restoration works following floods, fires, escape of water incidents, and other property damage claims.
We are looking for people who are professional, adaptable, customer-focused, and who take pride in both the quality of their work and how they conduct themselves in customers’ homes.
Experience working in occupied domestic properties is essential.
Duties
- Carry out a range of property restoration and reinstatement works
- General multi-trade works including making-good, decorating, joinery, plumbing, bathroom fitting, tiling, patch plastering, and repairs
- Work respectfully and professionally within occupied homes
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Assess works required and communicate clearly with management and customers
- Protect customers’ homes and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout works
- Follow company procedures and instructions carefully
- Complete job paperwork, site records, and photographic evidence accurately and on time
- Provide updates from site when required for office and insurance records
- Work independently or alongside other operatives as part of a team
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, insurance reinstatement, or trade-based work
- Experience working within occupied domestic properties
- Skilled in one or more trades, including joinery, plastering, decorating, plumbing, tiling, bathroom fitting, or general property repairs
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures properly
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organised and capable of completing paperwork and photographs correctly
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Relevant trade qualifications beneficial but not essential
- Health and safety qualifications or site safety awareness would be advantageous

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
