Sixth Form Café Supervisor
- Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term | Term-Time Only (38 weeks per year)
- Hours: 30 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm
- Salary Range: £22,539 – £22,860 actual annual salary (Pending the 2026/27 NJC pay award)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Sixth Form Café Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our bustling student café. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our sixth form students while ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee the café's daily running and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Stock Management: Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory.
- Community Relations: Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Student Support: Maintain a proactive, reliable approach that supports the wellbeing and independence of our young people.
