Taskmaster Resources is currently recruiting experienced Assembly Operatives to join our client based in Ecclesfield (S35).

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 3:30pm
Pay:
- £12.71 per hour during training
- £14.15 per hour upon successful completion of training
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Work on a production line assembling products ready for the welding process.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications.
- Identify and report any defects or quality concerns to the supervisor or quality team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to meet production targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
- Carry out basic tool and equipment setup or maintenance where required.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is essential.
- Experience working in a production or engineering environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
