Bates Farms & Dairy's Ltd are a family run company who have been established in Southport since 1939. Our Head Office is based in Southport where we process and distribute milk and cream to domestic and commercial customers across the North West.
We are recruiting for a full time milk rounds person to join our team at Stamford road in Southport. We are seeking a employee who is comfortable with early morning starts.
As a milk rounds person you will be required to work 5 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays & Saturdays with a start time around 2am. Wednesday is a rest day.
The role will comprise the following duties:
- The delivery of dairy and dairy related products to residential customers;
- The operation of electronic handheld units for ordering and invoicing;
- The loading and unloading of Company vehicles;
We are looking for an employee who can show :
- The applicants must be physically fit as the job involves lifting crates of milk;
- Must have a full driving licence;
- Show initiative to problem solve independently and as part of a team;
- Keep there company vehicle tidy and clean;
