Project Support Officer – Plymouth
Working pattern: hybrid (3 days onsite)
Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join the team.

About the role:
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to provide administrative and coordination support across our projects. You will work closely with project managers and wider teams to maintain project documentation, track actions and coordinate meetings and support the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Deliverables:
- Arrange and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations and supporting materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring documents are appropriately managed, stored and accessible.
- Track project actions, milestones and deadlines, providing regular updates to the project team.
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations and other project documentation.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support.
- Assist with maintaining project trackers, schedules and records.
- Support effective communication and coordination across project stakeholders.
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential:
- MS O365 proficient.
- Strong administration skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Organised with ability to work on own initiative and be proactive.
