Based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, at the heart of the UK's renowned Motorsport Valley, we operate in a fast-paced, project-led engineering and manufacturing environment where precision, creativity and practical technical understanding all matter.
Our products are individually manufactured by skilled technicians and are used in demanding applications where quality, reliability and safety are critical.
We work with customers ranging from specialist engineering companies to internationally recognised brands, producing both bespoke and production fuel containment solutions from our Brackley facility.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit four Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team.
The Role
As a Production Technician, you will be trained to manufacture flexible fuel tanks and specialist liquid containment systems using a combination of skilled hand-production techniques, specialist materials and manufacturing equipment.
This is a hands-on role requiring care, precision and excellent attention to detail.
Previous fuel tank manufacturing experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are more interested in finding people who demonstrate good practical ability, manual dexterity and a genuine desire to learn a specialist manufacturing skill.
As your experience develops, you will progress from initial training and simpler manufacturing operations through to increasingly complex products and assemblies
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing flexible fuel tanks and liquid containment systems to defined specifications and quality standards
- Cutting, preparing, assembling and finishing specialist materials and components
- Following drawings, manufacturing instructions and documented production processes
- Carrying out detailed hand-finishing and assembly operations
- Inspecting your own work throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Working closely with other members of the production and quality teams
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Developing your manufacturing skills through our structured training and progression programme

- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A strong approach to quality and workmanship
- Reliability and a good work ethic
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good spoken and written English
Skills & Experience
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, trimming, upholstery, composites, textiles or another practical hands-on environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Practical skills developed outside the workplace are also valuable. If you enjoy building, repairing, making or restoring things and take pride in producing high-quality work, we would be interested in hearing from you.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00–16:30
8-hour day shift
No regular evening or weekend shifts.
