About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Immingham, Grimsby, supporting an individual within a specialist Mental Health Home Care package.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health support within the individual's home.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships based on trust, dignity, and respect.
- Support the individual with daily living activities and promote independence.
- Encourage engagement with community activities and appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in mental health, wellbeing, and behaviour.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records.
- Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, family members, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within mental health services or supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
- A caring, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Desirable
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working within home care or community-based mental health services.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health legislation, and positive behaviour support.
- Medication administration experience (training can be provided).
