Role: Apprenticeship Funding and Compliance Assistant
Hours: 36.25 per week
Salary: £25,515 - £26,155
Pension contribution: 15% (£ FTE)
Location: Altrincham campus with the requirement to travel to other campuses
The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an Apprenticeship Funding and Compliance Assistant to contribute to our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
About The Role:
To administer the apprenticeship data management processes, ensuring that apprentice and employer records are up effectively and efficiently to date and accurate. Working to Group, team, and service priorities to meet internal and external deadlines. To deliver an excellent customer and data centric service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Administer data processing of the apprentice sign-up paperwork and follow compliance checking procedures using the Groups data management systems, ensuring data is accurate and processed in a timely manner.

To provide an excellent and efficient data management service, supporting the apprentice journey from sign-up to exit.

To support Group colleagues in matters relating to apprenticeship data compliance controls, working with them to assess processes, and improve related awareness, skills and knowledge.

To keep up to date with related system and sector changes ensuring the Group is appraised.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Support all aims and objectives of The Trafford & Stockport College Group.

Demonstrate a ‘can do’, positive attitude with all stakeholders, raising any issues immediately with the MIS Team Leader Funding and Compliance for review

To administer the data entry and data management requirements, ensuring timely processing using the Group’s MI and apprenticeship systems.

Provide professional support to service users in all aspects of apprenticeship data management.

Compliance check and process apprenticeship digital enrolments, ensuring non-compliance issues are tracked and accounts are created to support the start of learning.

Monitor and process in-year changes ensuring all apprenticeship data management systems are up to date and accurate at all times.

Process registrations and EPA entries via EPAO portals, ensuring correct processes are followed and entries are made in a timely manner. Review and resolve and errors to ensure that submissions are accurate.

Monitor the MIS Apprenticeship inbox and ensure communications and change requests are actioned/responded to in a timely and professionally manner.

Support data quality, audit and compliance reviews, ensuring attendance, reviews, Off the Job Training and engagement data can be evidenced.

Support the ongoing review and improvement of service policies, processes and procedures relating to all aspects of apprenticeship and employer data management.

Process exit paperwork ensuring all claims are fully compliant with EPAO’s and DfE funding guidance.

Process and maintain the Apprenticeship Course Masterfile data in the Group’s data systems.

Work closely with the wider MIS Team to produce accurate and quality assured ILR data using DfE data tools.

To support the employer record management requirements, ensuring CRM data is updated and accurate.

Attend events and training sessions when requested to do so on behalf of the Group

Support with exam invigilation requirements during main exam periods

Support with main enrolment activity.

Attend various meetings as determined necessary by the MIS Team Leader – Funding and Compliance
