I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy Property Team in Liverpool, supporting a Senior Solicitor with a caseload of around 70 matters.
You'll need a minimum of 2 years' conveyancing experience and be confident enough to hit the ground running from day one. In return, there's genuine support with qualifications and career progression.

Role
- Support residential transactions from instruction through to completion

Work across sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build and leasehold matters

Prepare and check contracts, client care documents, SDLT returns, completion statements and correspondence

Complete ID and AML checks and maintain accurate case files

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, HM Land Registry and other third parties

Assist with completion figures, disbursements and billing

Respond to routine queries and escalate more complex matters when needed
