Trainee Duty Manager/Duty Managers required for a 4-star Country House Hotel. Experience is essential. Immediate start for the right candidate. Must have own transport due to location.
The role will include WEEKENDS and EVENING SHIFTS
This is a full time position - 45 hours per week
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with the opening and closing of the Hotel
- Welcome our guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
- Help create a relaxed, attentive and memorable dining experience.
- Be present on the floor and make time to speak with guests, understand their needs and ensure they are enjoying their experience.
- Take pride in knowing our food and drinks offering and confidently sharing your knowledge with guests.
- Deal with feedback or concerns in a calm, caring and professional manner.
- Remember that the small details often make the biggest difference.
- Help coordinate the front-of-house team throughout service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure excellent communication
Final Job title depends on the level of experience and interview process.
