We’re looking for a proper Head Chef to take control of our kitchen and absolutely blow us away.
This is not a job for someone who wants to coast, cut corners or just turn up for a wage. We want someone with standards, pride, creativity and the confidence to lead from the front.
You’ll be responsible for running a busy kitchen properly, leading the team, maintaining excellent food quality, controlling stock and waste, keeping hygiene standards high and helping push Blackdoor forward.
We want someone reliable, experienced and passionate about food. Someone who stays calm under pressure, takes ownership and can make the kitchen their own.
No deadbeats. No time wasters. No big talkers who can’t back it up.
The right person will be well paid, respected and given the freedom to make a real impact.
Excellent rate of pay depending on experience Full-time position
