We’re looking for a confident and approachable Customer Service Advisor to join our Manchester team. You’ll listen to customers, answer their questions and find practical solutions—making sure each person feels heard and supported.
Previous experience isn’t required. We’ll provide full training and ongoing coaching.
Your Day-to-Day Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer questions and enquiries
- Listening carefully to understand individual needs
- Providing clear information about products and services
- Resolving straightforward problems efficiently
- Escalating more complex issues when necessary
- Updating customer details and records accurately
- Following up on enquiries when required
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback
- Working towards service and performance goals
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or sales may be useful, but it isn’t essential.
