An exciting new opportunity exists at the White Swan for an enthusiastic manager to join the Food and Beverage team.
You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the hotel restaurant and bar.
Shifts and duties will vary, including breakfast service, bar/restaurant and private functions, and you would be independently managing the team during your shifts. Shifts will vary, including early mornings, and late nights.
An ideal candidate must possess the ability to deliver catering services to highest standards and be able to demonstrate a real passion for the industry. You must be flexible and have a 'hands on' approach in a pressured environment. We are looking for someone with experience of leading and motivating a team, who can demonstrate the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Full induction will be given and initially there will be a 3 month probationary period that will be reviewed regularly.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, and have a strong command of the English language.
