Responsibilities

- Monitor team performance through regular feedback and appraisals, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operational synergy.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise merchandising activities and oversee stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to staff attendance, sales figures, and inventory management.
- Support management in implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within retail, sales management or similar environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management or retail management is desirable.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks using relevant software; good time management skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service roles with professional phone etiquette is preferred.
